Email and Text Message Terms
Set The Table uses email and, when selected by the customer, text messages to support orders. Marketing consent is separate and optional.
Order related communications
By providing an email address and placing an order, the customer agrees to receive transactional email needed to confirm and service that order. A customer who affirmatively chooses text updates may receive texts about confirmation, pickup or delivery, delays, access problems, changes, and completion. Message frequency varies by order. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery of a message is not guaranteed because carriers and networks are outside Set The Table’s control.
Text message choices
Text-message consent is not a condition of purchasing a meal. Customers may reply STOP to stop automated text messages and HELP for help, or contact Set The Table directly. Set The Table will honor a valid revocation request within the period required by law. Stopping text messages may limit real-time delivery updates, so the customer should keep email and telephone contact information current.
Marketing messages
Marketing email or text messages require a separate, optional choice at checkout or signup. A customer may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. Marketing texts must include recognized opt-out instructions. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages needed to complete an existing order, provide a safety notice, or respond to the customer’s request.
